Note to buyer

Our scrunchies are machine sewn by a human so please note there may be some occasional imperfections. We check each scrunchie before dispatching so if there's anything we feel makes it look less cute or affects quality then we will not sell it.

If there is any loose thread at any stage of your scrunchie's life, simply cut it with a sharp pair of scissors, avoid pulling it to cause damage.

Scrunchies with colour accents may run when washed as these have been hand dyed to achieve that bright colour! We would suggest hand washing to avoid it running onto your clothes/other items.

No returns on scrunchies for hygeine purposes, however we do cover them for 3 months for manufacturing faults and ask you check your scrunchie upon receiving before cutting off the tag!
