TORT Gift Card

Tort e-Gift Cards can only be used on our Website and cannot be used with any of our stockists.

Your Tort e-Gift Card can only be redeemed in the same currency it was purchased in. It is not possible to change currency on your Tort e-Gift Card. This means you need to make sure to choose the correct currency when purchasing and redeeming your e-Gift Card on the Website. 

Tort e-Gift Cards purchased online on our Website are electronic, and you'll receive your gift card in an email to the chosen provided email address. It is important that you provide the correct email address and that you keep your Tort e-Gift Card email.

The unique e-Gift Card number will be sent in the email to the receiver.

Gift cards are non-refundable and Tort cannot be responsible for emails lost. In the event of an email being deleted, the purchaser must get in contact with us to request it to be resent to the recipient.
